1.2 Your use of the website impresspersonalised is at all times subject to our full terms and conditions applicable to your use of the website and all applicable laws. By accessing our website, you agree to our terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must exit our website immediately.
1.3 We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notifying you, to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. The terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website.
2.1 You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
2.2 All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are shown at the checkout and include VAT where applicable
2.3 Payments can be made via Stripe using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately on order.
2.4 We take reasonable care to make our site secure. all credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using the Stripe secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in secure host environments. We will not store your credit/debit card details on our systems.
3.1 We have various shipping options, current details are on the site and are applied in the checkout.
3.2 You may not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of gifts.
3.3 If you change address, you must contact us to ensure that no parcels are sent out to the wrong delivery address. Please ensure that this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will be liable for any parcels posted to the wrong address.
3.4 It is your responsibility to pay all charges for customs and duties for delivery to your region.
4. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
4.1 All parcels returned to us (from either not being collected, incorrect delivery address or any other reason for which you are responsible) can be re-sent to you. This will require an additional payment to cover the cost of second-time delivery.
4.2 If you are genuinely unhappy with your gift, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. It must be returned to us in its original condition at your cost. We review every case individually.
4.2b Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
4.3 If a refund is requested, it will be immediate and will minus the cost of the initial postage and packaging fee.
4.4 Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out. If the fault is agreed, we will provide a replacement for the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.
4.5 All of our packages are wrapped with the utmost care and attention to give the product inside maximum protection so we can not be liable for any damage to the product in transit. However, each case is assessed individually. You might be eligible for a replacement gift should it not reach you in perfect condition.
4.6 If you wish to return an item and receive a full refund (minus the original postage cost) items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you in re-sellable condition with their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
4.7 Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty, this includes the fading of monogramming over time.
4.8 Please note that the online visualisers are indicators, and there may be variations in the result of real life products. Each individual screen is subject to a number of variables in colour, illumination and other visual aspects; and as such we endeavour to make our products look as close to digital artwork as possible.
5. LOYALTY CODES & COMPETITIONS
5.1 Any promotional code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.
5.2 Promotional codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
5.3 If you are a winner of a competition you must get in contact to provide a delivery address within one week to claim your prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected.
6.2 Please note that by supplying your/the recipient’s email address upon joining us you grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your account and any special offers or promotions that we may offer you from time to time.
